Job Description

《Molding operation》
Set the parts in the machine, press the button, and the molding process will start automatically.
The operation is simple because the machine performs the work automatically.

《Inspection》
After molding, the parts are taken out and visually inspected for dirt, damage, or deformation.
This is an important process to ensure quality.

Finishing work with an air shower》
Dust on the surface of the part is blown off with an air shower and
is finished cleanly.

Since the parts are made of palm-sized aluminum and lightweight,
there is little or no heavy work.
