Job Description

This job is related to tires.
Mainly responsible for “assembly” and “inspection”.
The work changes every few days on a rotating basis.
All are simple!

Tire assembly (machine operation)
・Tires are transported from the warehouse on a cart
・Tires and wheels (metal wheels) are set on the line
・Press a button and the machine automatically combines the two

● Visual check (visual inspection)
・Check if the wheel and tire combination is correct
・Visually check for scratches and cracks

● Machine check (automatic inspection)
・Set finished tires in a dedicated machine
・Check air inflation and tire balance with sensors

Every task has its own rules and flow and can be learned quickly even if you have no
experience!
