Use of the site

It’s been a while since my application

The entire job application process goes through the company’s recruitment department, which in some cases may take some time, and we ask that you wait a little longer. If you haven’t received any contact from the company within one or two business days, or haven’t received a confirmation of your application, we suggest that you reapply or contact our customer service center through the contact form on the website.

How will the company contact you?

Initially, the company will contact you on the telephone number you provided when you applied. If this is not possible, we will send you an email as an alternative.

How do I apply for a job?

You can apply through the simple process, or by registering fully on the website and then applying for the position you want.

I keep getting error messages when I try to log in to apply for a vacancy

Please double-check your access data, username and password, and if the error persists, please contact us using the contact form on the website.

I’m having problems with the online process, is there another way to apply?

As standard, we ask that you first try to register online, but you can contact our Call Center for more information.

I can’t remember my user ID and/or password, can I reset it?

Yes, just go to the login screen, click on the “Forgot your password?” option and fill in the necessary fields.

Recruitment process

What is the process after I apply?

Your details will be assessed by our recruitment team and, if necessary, we will contact you for further information or clarification. If approved, you will be sent for an interview and, in some cases, a site visit. Finally, with the company’s approval and your desire to work with us confirmed, congratulations! You’ve been hired by the company!

How soon will the hiring manager contact you?

As soon as we receive your application, our department will evaluate the information and get back to you as soon as possible. Usually within one or two working days.

What are the differences between the types of work?

  • Haken – A temporary contract service, based on an hourly wage, where instructions are basically provided by the company, with the help of translators or interpreters if necessary.
  • Ukeoi – An outsourced service, based on an hourly wage, where work instructions are usually given by the contractor.
  • Keiyaku – A fixed-term contract service, usually based on a monthly salary.
  • Shain – Effective contract service, with no limit on the length of the contract, usually based on a monthly salary.

When can I start working?

After registering, in some cases the person can start working within a day or two of passing the interview.

Do you have an apartment?

If the candidate is interested, we may be able to offer some apartments, the price varying according to location and size. Please consult our hiring manager for details.

Is there an advance on salary?

Yes, we offer an advance payment service (voucher), in accordance with company regulations.

Please contact one of our managers after your admission. We also offer a presentation prize to the presenter and the presented.
