Machine Operation

• The materials (metal) of the parts are crushed by a machine.
• Then, place the powdered metal into a molding machine, and after pressing the switch, it is solidified by heat, forming the part.

Deburring

• Remove unwanted burrs on the parts with tools.

Inspection

• Inspect the parts visually or with a magnifying glass to check for issues (such as scratches or dirt, whether there are breaks or deformations, etc.).
• Additionally, there is also dimensional inspection using instruments like calipers.

Tasks are performed in rotation!

The parts are small and light!

Shift schedule

• 3 Shifts.
• Shift ① 08:30 ~ 17:15.
• Shift ② 16:30 ~ 01:00.
• Shift ③ 00:30 ~ 09:00. 

Transportation

• Car.
• We have free parking!
• We provide support with transportation expenses (10 yen/km, maximum limit of 13,000 yen). *Subject to regulations.
• Nearest train station: JR Line Hachiko Gunma-Fujioka Station.

Contract

• Other fixed-term employment contracts (2 months/possibility of renewal).
  *May vary depending on the situation.

Days Off

• According to the shift (4×1 and 4×2) (company calendar).
• Shift 5×2 is negotiable, depending to the department.
