Molding and Machine Operation

• The work primarily involves preparing what is necessary, as the machines handle most of the tasks.
• There are steel plate materials already cut to specifications that need to be transported to the press area.
• Some of them are large and heavy, even in roll format.
• After pressing, you will move the cart with the products to the next stage of the process.

Shift schedule

• Alternate Shifts.
• Day Shift: 06:30 – 15:30
• Night Shift: 15:20 – 00:20
• During the first week after admission, the working hours are fixed from 08:00 to 17:00 for safety training and familiarization.

Transport

• Car, motorcycle, bicycle.
• We have free parking!
• We offer assistance with transportation expenses (10 yen/km, maximum 13,000 yen).
• Nearest train station: Tobu Kiryu Line, Sanmaibashi Station.

Contract

• Other fixed-term employment contracts (2 months/possibility of renewal).

Days off

• Saturdays and Sundays (possibility of working on Saturdays).
• Summer holidays, Golden Week, Obon, and year-end/New Year holidays.

• Payment will be based on the monthly salary at the time of granting.

Payment Method

• ¥20,000 after 1 month of employment, ¥30,000 after 2 months, ¥50,000 after 3 months, totaling ¥100,000.
