RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Your data will be evaluated by our recruitment team, and if necessary, we will contact you to obtain further information or clarification. If approved, you will be directed to the interview process, and in some cases, a visit to the workplace. Finally, with the company’s approval and your willingness to work with us confirmed, congratulations! You will be hired by the company!

Once we confirm the receipt of your application, our department will evaluate the information and contact you as soon as possible, usually within one or two business days.

  • Haken – Temporary contract service, based on hourly wage, where instructions are mainly provided by the company, with the assistance of translators or interpreters, if necessary.
  • Ukeoi – Outsourcing service based on hourly wage, where work instructions are usually provided by the outsourcing company.
  • Keiyaku – Fixed-term contract service, usually established based on monthly salary.
  • Shain – Service of permanent contract, without a fixed-term contract, usually based on a monthly salary.

After application, in some cases the candidate can start working after two or three working days.
